How to request material?

You should be authenticated in order to request material.

• Click on "Material Request" menu           

 

• Inside this menu you have some useful functions.
  • "Review available material": in this function you can review all material that can be requested.
  • "Material request":
    • "Material request": here you can request material uploading an excel file in 3 easy steps.
    • "Download Files": here you can download the excel file necessary to request material.
  • "Review available re-pack material": here you can review how many re-pack boxes are available in our warehouse.

                       

• Click on Material request option, then follow all the steps to request the material.
  • Step 1 "Upload Material List", you can download this file from the downloads section and fill it according to your requirement.

           

 

• If there are any problem with your request, you will see the following warnings
  • Inventory shortage, this happens when you request material that is not available, the system will process all the available material but it will warned you about the unavailable material, so keep in mind that your request will be processed but we will not send the material listed in the pop up window.   

    Note: you can go back to step 1 and modify your Excel file (adjust the unavailable material) but is not mandatory because the system can process your request only with the available material.

      

  • Duplicated PL, if you try to upload 2 requirements at the same window and boarding type the system will reject your second requirement, you can ask for support if you have to upload 2 requirements at same window and boarding type.
    
  • Step 2,
